Easter, Easter and more Easter

We had our usual Saturday Easter Party at Grandma Debbie's house.  Dreyden was so cute.  Once he realized there was candy in the eggs and that there were lots of eggs he could get, he was all business.  He kept saying, "and more eggs and more eggs".

Landon was sure that the $50 eggs was hiding under that huge metal bowl.  He convinced Abron to help him turn it over.  Much to their disappointment there wasn't even a regular egg under it.

The lucky winner of the Golden egg was Bayler!!!!
Dreyden liked the pinata as long as it wasn't moving.  The second Kunane would move it he would freak out and run the other way.

Landon was the 3rd one to hit the pinata and broke it.  This is the 3rd year he has broke it.  The other 20 kids were not too happy about it.
My mother had this grand idea that the couples should do a wheelbarrow race around Kunane's back yard. I won't lie, I was NOT excited about this at all.  I did it just to be nice and cause the kids were excited.

You can't really tell but Josh and Shellece were in the lead until......
this happened.  Josh hit a big hole and Shellece popped right out, landing on her face.  It was not a pretty sight.  With them hurt, laying on the ground we made sure no one was dead and went past them to win the race and the prize!!!!

When we got home from the party we colored eggs.  The girls are at the age where they are very creative with what they try on their allotted amount of eggs.

Each of the kids with their favorite eggs.

Our yard was perfect for an egg hunt, a little too good.  As you can see in the pictures, it's an absolute mess.  The eggs were easily hidden.  After counting when everyone thought they were done, we realized we were still missing almost a dozen.

"A" was a little upset cause she couldn't find any eggs (cause she wouldn't move or look) and Dreyden found lots.  She followed him around hoping he would find them so she could pick them up.
